Many professional builders have house plans that they want to alter. We will update your plans for you! This can be accomplished quickly if the CAD file for the current plan is provided.
We maintain portfolios of homes for various sized builders across the county.
Projects of this nature are often used by the same builder for years. This creates the need to make adjustments and changes to stay current with the market.
You can have the feel of an in-house design department without all of the expenses that are typically associated. Whether you need additional elevations, lot specific plans or prototype revisions, we are here to help you reach your goals.
Multiple elevation fronts with partial floor plans of each.
Separate elevations depicting varying materials such as standard siding, optional brick and/or stone fronts.
Non-structural options may include gourmet kitchens, luxury master baths, owner’s spa bath, opt. showers, private hall bath vanity, fireplaces, optional doors and windows, butler’s pantry, ceiling treatments, an optional bedroom i/o home office are just a few of our typical plan choices.
Structural options my include side load garages, 3 car garages, family room extensions, breakfast room extensions, covered porches, screened porches, sun room, morning room, conservatory, first floor in-law suite, bonus room over garage and/or bonus room over family room, as well as combinations of all options.
Multiple foundation choices to fit any condition. Slab on grade, Crawl space, Unfinished Basement, Buried or walk-out conditions, and finished lower levels.
