Acquiring Permits

Our in house team prepares your permit application including all project specifications, site plans and drawings, working with the city for permit submittal.

Construction

Depending on the ADU offering chosen, we offer a couple options:

1.  Plans DIY:  Build it Yourself
2.  Plans +:  We connect you with 3-4 general contractors for you to choose
3.  Plans + General Contractor:  We take care of all the heavy lifting for you in one-stop-shop with design, permitting and building with our General Contractor Partner.
